Precautions

(3) Strictly prevent the welding of carbon steel electrodes on the cladding or the welding of over-layer electrodes on the cladding.
(4) When the spatter of carbon steel welding falls on the cladding layer, it should be carefully removed.
(5) All welders who participate in welding must have a valid qualification certificate and pass the corresponding assessment and approval before they can work on the job.
Post weld inspection
(1) Appearance inspection: After inspection, the appearance of the test plate is free of defects such as cracks, infusions, and pores.
(2) Non-destructive inspection results of the test plate: The X-ray inspection results show that the quality of the welds is not lower than Grade II.
