This layer is relatively thin and acts as a metallurgical bond between the cladding and the base metal, providing the mechanical strength required to resist shear and peel forces.
The metal composite plate is made of stainless steel plate as the cladding layer, carbon steel plate, container plate, low alloy steel, etc. Its products are widely used in petrochemical, electric power equipment, grain processing, alkali making, nitrate making, salt making, sugar making, water conservancy, paper making, and other industries.

The bottom layer is a two-layer pure aluminum plate or aluminum alloy plate with a thickness of 0.4-3.5 mm; the double layer is a layer of stainless steel plate with a thickness of 0.3-1.5 mm; The total thickness is 1.2 to 4.5 mm.
The entire metallurgical contact state formed by heating and pressing the interface of each layer has the characteristics of a strong composite layer interface, high tensile strength, and good elongation performance.
